Entering Athletes in Your Meet

Data entry is a breeze. Just type and press TAB or ENTER to move to the next field. The previous entrant is shown on the bottom of the screen in case you forget who was last entered. You enter only digits for times and distances, the punctuation is added for you.. The team name stays the same until you change it, making it easy to complete each team's entry. |BACK|TOP|

Printing Heat Sheets

These choices allow for many variations in the printing of your heat sheets and labels. Note that heat sheets may printed in HTML format ready for your web page. Labels with bar codes can easily be printed. Events may be printed out of sequence by specifying any order of events you wish. These are saved on disk for your use whenever needed. You may specify the seeding pattern (preferred lanes) for each event individually (very flexible). |BACK TOP|

Entering Results of Your Meet

When entering results, you see all the athletes on screen. Just type the time or distance (no punctuation) and repeat for each athlete. To move an athlete, just Click&Drag the athletes from one heat/lane to another. Right click on a highlighted athlete and you can change any of the data for that athlete (team, age, misspelled name, exhibition or not).

Buttons are available for Printing the results, moving to the next (or previous event), Inserting and Removing athletes from the event, printing Award Labels, Scoring the event, Creating an additional heat in the event, Importing times from a timer, entering Relay Athlete names, and placing the athletes in finish order instantly. |BACK|TOP|

Scoring Your Meet

These are the scoring choices you have. Note that your meet may be split into as many as 10 subdivisions for scoring purposes so that you could run 10 dual meets simultaneously and certainly may easily run a triple dual for example. |BACK|TOP|

Printing Meet Results
