Easy TEAM Manager II LITE Version

The LITE version of Easy Team Manager II allows you to have the program on your computer so as to create your own electronic entries for a meet you are entering.  The LITE version allows you any number of athletes but just TWO meets.

When you use the FULL version of Easy Team Manager II there are no limitations and you will have many more options available to you.  Easy TEAM Manager II is designed to make it easy to keep track of every time for every swimmer in every event over multiple seasons.  This way you always have automatic access to any swimmer's lifetime best and season best times.  Many useful and motivational reports can also be generated by the program.

EasyWare is able to help in loading your athletes most easily into the LITE version if you are able to supply an Excel Spread Sheet containing each athlete's FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, GENDER (M/F) and BIRTH DATE.

BRIEF DIRECTIONS:

  • Start the program
  • Do FILE, EDIT TEAM SETUP and enter your Team Name and Initials. Check the dates on this screen. Exit ignoring other screens.
  • Click ENTER/EDIT ATHLETES if you need to do this. The minimum information you MUST have on each athlete is FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, GENDER and BIRTH DATE. Exit back to Main Screen
  • Click ENTER/EDIT MEETS and add the data for the meet you wish to enter. The LITE version permits TWO Meets to be entered. Exit back to the main screen.
  • Click MEET ENTRIES and first make sure that the event list for this meet is correct. It may be entered manually or you may import from a file supplied by the meet host. Exit back to the MEET ENTRIES screen.
  • Click ENTER ATHLETES. Choose an age group and gender and the athlete names are shown at the top. Their possible events are shown below. Click once on a swimmer and then click in the ENTERED COLUMN for the events he/she is to be in.  The word YES appears when they are in that event. Click on the TIME to enter the SEED TIME and type DIGITS ONLY TO THE HUNDREDTHS PLACE. For example 12345 will mean 1:23.45 and 3300 will mean 33.00.  You will see the correct punctuation when you click or tab out of that cell.
  • To enter RELAYS click on the RELAYS box.  Click in the ENTERED COLUMN in the same way as for individual events and edit the time in the same way. To identify the swimmers on each relay, just DOUBLE CLICK on a name above and they will move to the RELAY NAMES box.  To remove a name from the box, double click it there.
  • When finished, click PRINT ENTRIES and create a printout so that you may carefully check your entries. Exit one level when finished printing.
  • Click the EXPORT button to create your electronic entry containing the entries you have created. Watch what you name it and where you save it. Email the ZIP version of this file to the host of the meet.
