Data entry is a breeze. Just type and press TAB or ENTER to move to the next field. The previous entrant is shown on the bottom of the screen in case you forget who was last entered. You enter only digits for times, the punctuation is added for you. Times can be converted for you as you do the data entry (yards to meters or vice versa). The team name stays the same until you change it, making it easy to complete each team's entry. |BACK | TOP|
These choices allow for many variations in the printing of your heat sheets, lane cards and labels for lane cards. Note that heat sheets may printed in HTML format ready for your web page. Events may be printed out of sequence by specifying any order of events you wish. These are saved on disk for your use whenever needed. |BACK|TOP|
Heat Sheets, as with all printouts, are previewed on screen first, exactly as they will appear on paper. You may print only certain pages or even export to other programs |BACK| TOP|
When entering results, you see all the athletes on screen. Just type the time (no punctuation) and repeat for each athlete. To move an athlete, just click and drag the person to an empty lane and that's were the athlete moves to. All the heats are shown for the event making it easy to move athletes around. Right click on a highlighted athlete and you can change any of the data for that athlete (team, age, USS#, misspelled name, exhibition or not).
Buttons are available for Printing the results, moving to the next (or previous event), Inserting and Removing athletes from the event, printing Award Labels, Scoring the event, Creating an additional heat in the event, Importing times from a timer, entering Relay Athlete names, entering/editing Splits and placing the athletes in finish order instantly. Note that times that break a record are immediately marked with an asterisk.|BACK| TOP|
Meet results can be printed in a variety of formats including HTML so that everyone can have instant access to your meet. As with all screens, the choices you make are remembered for you so you only have to make them once.
Print your dual meet results in two column format as soon as your meet is completed and hand them out to swimmers, coaches and spectators.
