Electronic Entries are required again this year.

NO written or fax entries will be accepted!

Deadline is TUESDAY, Sept 26th at 6pm

Please do not expect to enter runners at the last minute.

With electronic entries done in advance of the meet we should have results and statistics of each race within minutes of the finish if all coaches help in this process.

BIB numbers NOT required

Fill in the top section (Team name, Team initials, Coach’s name, Email etc..)

Fill in your athlete’s information. 

You only need to enter FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, GRADE and place NT (for no time) in the column of the event that athlete is to enter.

Enter GIRLS in PINK section and BOYS in BLUE section of the Spread Sheet.

Events are: 

1 10am Middle School GIRLS  2mi
2 10:30am Middle School BOYS  2mi
3 11:00am Varsity BOYS   3.1mi
4 11:30am Varsity GIRLS  3.1mi

Coaches' Instructions

  • Check start lists beginning Wed evening, 9/27

  • In an email (NOT spread sheet) indicated corrections up to 6pm Friday

  • On Saturday you will receive tags for each of your runners. Pin the tag on each runner following directions for an easy tear-off at the finish. Runners MUST have the correct tag. If you need an extra tag ask at the computer prior to the race. If you have runners entered who will not run, turn in their tags at the computer table. Runners with incorrect tags may be disqualified.

  • Watch for posted results at the finish of each event.

  • Pick up a stat sheet for your team following each event from the computer

  • Return to this site after the meet for complete results (tell your athletes about this too).
