Entry Program

Please use this page to download the ENTRIES PROGRAM software that enables you to enter your athletes by clicking on the above link.

Install the ENTRIES PROGRAM by running the ENTRIES PROGRAM (entries.exe) and it will install.

Start up the ENTRIES PROGRAM and choos FILE, Print Events to see the event list. Then click ENTRIES to start your team's entries. Enter individuals by typing a name and a Team then event number and seed mark for each event that athlete is to enter. For Relays, click the Relay box and enter A (B,C, if more than one relay team is in the same event) and the Team Name for each relay then the relay event number and the seed time.

Seed times and marks are entered to the hundredth with NO PUNCTUATION:

for times:

12345 means 1:23.45

2345 mean 23.45

112233 means 11:23.45

for metric distances:

12345 means 123.45

2345 means 23.45

112233 means 1122.33

for English distances:

10234 means 1'2.34"

851175 means 85'11.75"

60606 means 6'6.66"
