Cross Country Invitational

Date: Friday, September 8th, 2006

Location: Rohr Park

We are only accepting ELECTRONIC entries this year.

All Entries MUST be emailed NO LATER than

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st

Instructions:

1.  Click HERE to download the entry Spread Sheet

2.  Open the Spread Sheet with Excel on either a MAC or PC (click ENABLE MACROS if asked)

3.  Enter the TEAM and COACH information at the top (Team Name Initials etc in the correct places as marked)

4.  Enter the first name and last name of each athlete and put NT (for no time) under each event they are to run. Enter the girls in the PINK and the boys in the BLUE sections so that they are in the correct events.

5.  Click, File, Save As and name your spread sheet with your team name.

6.  Attach the spread sheet to an email to IAN CUMMING (ian.cumming@suhsd.k12.ca.us)
