Please use this page to download the ENTRY SPREADSHEET that enables you to enter your athletes,  by clicking on the above link.  Directions are at the top of the spread sheet.  Be sure to ENABLE MACROS when asked. If you cannot enable macros, open EXCEL and choose TOOLS, MACROS, SECURITY, MEDIUM.  Then close Excel and open the spread sheet and you will be able to enable macros. The macros will format the times you enter so that your entry is properly imported.
