Meet Entry via Spread Sheet

Now, ALL teams may enter your meets electronically since Easy Meet Manager II accepts Spread Sheet entries from either a PC or a MAC using specially designed, multi-colored Excel spread sheets available here at no charge. Now EVERYONE can submit electronic entries saving you all the time and effort in entering this data manually.

Download an example here and modify it for your meet. EasyWare can help with the modifications for your meet if needed.

DO NOT USE THESE FOR ANY ACTUAL MEET ENTRY, ONLY USE WHAT THE MEET HOST SENDS YOU. THESE ARE FOR MEET HOSTS TO TAYLOR FOR THEIR MEETS PRIOR TO SENDING OUT TO TEAMS ENTERING THEIR MEETS.

Open Excel FIRST, choose Tools, Macros, Security, Medium. Then open the spread sheet and click ENABLE MACROS when asked. Macros do the time formatting for you.

Coaches just fill in the name of each athlete and fill in a seed time under the event to be entered. Times are automatically formatted making it easy-to-find errors.
