Easy Team Manager is the ultimate way of keeping track of every swimmers' time in every event they swim over an entire season and over many seasons. Times may be hand entered or may be imported from any software that uses the Standard Data Interchange Format (SDIF) established by United States Swimming. Easy Team Manager can produce team rosters containing information that you choose and can produce attendance sheets for a two week period. But most important are the variety of reports that can be produced for swimmers and coaches. Top times lists show rankings of every swimmer in every event which can be useful for making lineups and for motivating swimmers. Progress charts can be printed for each swimmer showing them in black and white exactly how they are progressing. Easy Team Manager also permits the creation of an entry form for an invitational meet which is made easy by the fact that the swimmer names and best times are all in the program. This entry form may be printed and emailed to the meet host regardless of the meet software that they will be using. Easy Team Manager also makes dual meet preparation a breeze by creating meet lineups and lane cards for dual meets. Easy Team Manager can also do a variety of meet analyses including showing how many season and lifetime bests your team accomplished and what percentage of all swims were lifetime and season bests. It also shows the number of season and lifetime bests for each meet of the season so that you can see where your swimmers really peaked!

Everyone appreciates the special features like figuring out your best relay combinations whereby every possible combination is tested for you with the times for each combination reported to you so that you know exactly whom to use on your relays. Also, being able to import meet results from any meet management software and edit individual times at will is extremely easy to do.
