NOTES:

The CYO City Championship Meets (Division 1 and Division 2) for Grades 5-6 and 7-8 are now open for athlete registrations. Remember: The Meet Deadlines will be Thursday morning. All registrations for Division 1 and Division 2 must be submitted by Thursday, May 10th at 8AM. Start Sheets will be available one hour later on a League web page called "Start Sheets/Heat Sheets." Heat Sheets will be posted to this same web page within 12 hours of the postings made for Start Sheets. This is your opportunity to fix any aspect of your roster. It is, effectively, a 12-hour grace period for errors, omissions, deletions, additions, etc. PLEASE DO WHATEVER IS NECESSARY TO GET YOUR ROSTERS PERFECT. A survey will be conducted by the CYO Track & Field Advisory Board again this year. You will receive it on Sunday, May 13th. Please forward the Zoomerang survey link to your athletes' parents. The Board is trying to gather and measure League effectiveness from many different data points. Please help us get the word out.


Coaches:

Once in, you may ENTER your athletes and relays and print a copy of the entries for careful checking.

TO ENTER A DIFFERENT MEET YOU MUST LOG OUT AND THEN LOGIN AGAIN CHOOSING A NEW MEET.

You may VIEW RANKINGS to see how your athletes rank among all the athletes.

You may VIEW/PRINT ROSTER and verify that your roster is correct.

If you have duplicate or erroneous athlete data or if the athlete's grade is missing, please contact the Webmaster below.

When your entries are complete, you MUST FINALIZE your entries which will notify the administrator that yours are complete and it will TIME STAMP the moment you FINALIZED. You will also receive an automatic email showing all your meet entries thus far.

YOU MAY FINALIZE MULTIPLE TIMES UNTIL THE MEET DEADLINE AT WHICH TIME NO FURTHER ENTRIES OR CHANGES ARE ACCEPTED.


PLEASE BE VERY AWARE OF ALL MEET DEADLINES AS WE WILL HOLD TO THESE IN FAIRNESS TO ALL TEAMS.
